Welcome to the first annual Winter Classic OCTGN event! We plan to pretty continuously put a focus on online gameplay via OCTGN as we progress into 2021. Our first event is set to the Origins Block Format, (the first 6 sets releases, the Batman vs League of Assassins starter, and all other promotional prize releases. However the MCG galactus miniset is banned)
For the purposes of this event we have unbanned Dr. Light with a new errata allowing him to only target PRINTED Emerald Enemies character cards. Otherwise the ban list limitations remain.
For the sake of simplicity, all participating deck lists are listed in the order of my random seed generator along the blogroll on the right. These lists will be used in the case of any deck issues (Players using cards not in these lists) There are no breakdowns, however if you wish to do a brief write-up for any of your decks, send it to me and I will be sure to add it.
Since we have 22 participating players, we will have FIVE rounds of swiss before cutting to a top 8.
All rounds will be a Best of 3 format and players will have a maximum of SIX days to report their match results.
Failure to accommodate your match opponent in this time will award them an automatic 2-0 victory.
