His Juggernaut ultimates variant ended standing at the top of the pile!

Now, with that said:

That's right! Our next format will be a DUAL LEGEND format!
For this format:
each deck must accommodate TWO legend characters. A character has legend status when it has 12 cards in your deck referring to the same name or identity (you're welcome flash fans!)
The only thing is, You cannot use cards like Four Freedoms Plaza (which specify multiple names) to count for BOTH legends you run. Only ONE can benefit from legend status from the names listed on that card.
This means all submitted decks need a minimum of TWO DIFFERENT pools of 12 cards for EACH LEGEND.
Deck construction will be pretty familiar for most of you:
- MEV is banned
- MCG is banned
We will exclusively be using OCTGN (sorry untap!)
We will observe all current council-updated Bans and Errata.
Rest assured, we will not begin this event until the winter classic has fully concluded, so as to allow all players from that event to participate in this one as well! Take advantage of this time! plan your Dual-Legend BEAST! and come claim sweet VICTORY!

BIZARRO WORLD TEXT for the I AM LEGEND² EVENT:
-Bizarro World is considered to be in all sets.
Flip only if you control a Revenge Squad character.
Characters you control named Bizarro have all character names and identities.
(Remember having all names is different from controlling all named characters, so Bizarro will only count for say, 1 character if you play family of 4, even though he has all names!)
