JS sets a resource and and recruits professor Emil Hamilton <> Ruin into his visible front row and passes.
Mark sets a resource, and recruits radioactive Man protected by Night Thrasher. He then flips up Stark's Armory and Underground Movement and passes.
COMBAT PHASE
Stark Armory gains a tech counter.
Js sends Ruin into Rad Man. Once legal playing a rowed Mobilize (discarding natasha Romanoff) to fetch lex Luthor, Metro Mogul as both players then pass into a mutual stun. this triggers Ruin's effect KOing the face up mobilize in his row and searching out death of superman, setting it into his row and immediately playing it, exhausting brainiac to KO Rad Man. Mark reveals his hand proving he has no other Rad Men.
Mark declares Night Thrasher direct and uses Underground Movement to place him into the hidden area front row. Dealing 3 direct.
RECOVERY PHASE
JS recovers Ruin.

TURN 4 (Mark Initiative)
DRAW PHASE
(Both Players draw 2 cards)
BUILD PHASE
Mark sets and flips up a Rowed Mobilize (discarding Blade) to fetch The Captain recruiting it into play in his visible support row, and passes.
JS sets a resource and recruits Iron Man, mighty avenger protected by Ruin. He then flips up a rowed Forbidden Loyalties (discarding eye of agamotto) to place a +1/+1 counter on Iron Man and crossing over Revenge Squad and Avengers. he then uses brainiacs backup effect to reduce the Captains DEF by 2 and passes.
COMBAT PHASE
Stark armory gains a tech counter.
The Captain gains the name Iron Man and Mark draws a card.
Mark activates Stark Armory placing 2 +1/+1 counters onto Captain Iron man. before declaring an attack into JS' iron man. Passing once legal. Js flips up Dirty tricks to stem a bit of breakthrough and both 4 drops stun. with night Thrasher only at 2/2 Mark passes.
Js sends Ruin direct for 3.
RECOVERY PHASE
Mark recovers Captain iron Man.
JS recovers Iron Man.

BUILD PHASE
JS sets a resource and flips up a rowed Omnipotence.
Mark Chains 2 mobilized from his hand (discarding a BPRD device and Human Torch) to fetch Silver Surver, last zenn-lavian and Onslaught.
JS calls Stark Armory.
JS then recruits Lex. Forming Ruin - Iron Man - Lex up front before passing.
Mark sets a resource and recruits Lex protecting Captain Iron Man before passing.
COMBAT PHASE
stark armory gains a tech counter.
Captain Iron Man gains the name Radioactive Man and Mark draws a card.
JS sends prof emil and Lex into the opposing Lex. Once legal playing a rowed Mobilize (discarding iron Man) to search for War Machine, director of the initiative. Both players pass on a mutual stun between emil and mark's Lex. Emil triggers KOing Mobilize from the row to set a face down Death of Superman and Iron Man triggers a pending autorecovery and +1/+1 counter on emil. Js then plays the rowed Death of Superman exhausting brainiac to KO Mark's Lex. Mark responds playing a rowed Pathetic Attempt.
JS passes.
Mark Passes.
RECOVERY PHASE
Ruin autorecovers and gains a +1/+1 counter.
Mark recovers Lex.

TURN 6 (Mark Initiative)
DRAW PHASE(Both Players draw 2 cards)
BUILD PHASE
Mark sets a resource and recruits Holocaust in his visible support row adjacent to Captain Iron Rad Man. And then equips Extremis Upgrade onto the multi-titled Cap. before passing his build.
JS sets a resource and recruits War Machine, equipping it with War Machine Armor and forming War Machine protected behind Ruin and Iron Man protected by lex.
COMBAT PHASE
Stark Armory gains a tech counter.
Captain Iron Rad Man gains the name Jean Grey BECAUSE HE CAN BE PRETTY TOO GOD DAMMIT. Mark draws a card.
Mark sends Holocaust and the Captain in a team attack into War Machine. Once legal moving Captain Iron Rad Grey into his hidden area. war machine's effect redices each attackers ATk by 1 each and JS flips up a second Dirty Tricks to reduce the total ATK even more, but ultimately war Machine succumbs to the teamswing, stunning back Captain Iron Rad Grey.
Iron Man's effect triggers an autorecovery on war machine and a pending +1/+1 counter. While Holocaust's trigger KO's Iron Man. Mark continues with Lex swinging into Ruin for an easy stun. Ruin triggers KOing a face up death of superman to fetch and set a third Dirty tricks. opting to keep it face down for now.
RECOVERY PHASE
War Machine auto-recovers and gains a +1/+1 counter.
Mark recovers Captain Iron Rad grey.
JS recovers Ruin.

TURN 7 (JS Initiative)

BUILD PHASE
JS sets a resource and recruits hercules, secret avenger in the front row, adjacent to Lex and passes.
Mark sets a resource and recruits Silver Surfer protected by Holocaust and places the top card of his deck into his resource row.
COMBAT PHASE
Starks Armory gains a tech counter.
Captain Iron Rad Grey gains the name Onslaught and draws Mark a card.
JS declares a team attack with Lex and Ruin into Lex. Passing once legal. mark checks his row and ponders for a while before passing into a mutual stun between Marks Lex and JS' Ruin. ruin triggers, KOing Death of Superman to fetch and set a forbidden Loyalties and JS flips it up (discarding Jarvis) placing a +1/+1 counter on War Machine. He then flips up a second forbidden loyalties (discarding Atomic Skull) to place another +1/+1 counter on war machine. And declares War Machine into Silver Surfer and activates hercules to place 3 more +1/+1 counters on War Machine stunning Silver Surfer war Machine follows up swinging into Holocaust for another 1 sided stun.

JS elects to not recover Ruin, KOing it.
Mark recovers Silver Surfer, KOing Holocaust and Lex.

TURN 8 (Mark Initiative)
DRAW PHASE(Both Players draw 2 cards)
BUILD PHASE
Mark sets a resource and recruits Onslaught and passes.
Js sets a resource and recruits General Zod. he then uses Zod's effect to KO War Machine, exhausting night Thrasher. he exhausts Lex to plays a tech Upgrade from his hand to fetch a warmachine Armor right before he KO's Lex to exhaust Captain Iron Red Grey Onslaught. he then KO's Hercules to exhaust Silver Surfer. JS then flips up his third Dirty Tricks and flips up Empire's End then he Passes.
COMBAT PHASE
Onslaught triggers. Js chains General Zond's effect to the trigger KO itself to target the already exhausted silver surfer.
Onslaught resolves and Mark calls out Revenge Squad, stunning brainiac.
Mark declares Onslaught direct with 16. Once legal, he removes all doubt and plays a rowed Savage beatdown to end the game. JS flashes the Doomsday and warmachine armor in hand.

Thoughts:
JS - I was so exited to KO rad man on 3 I didn't really anticipate needing to KO silver Surfer on 7. Initiatives hurt badly on this one.
Mark - Step 1: Poach kill turn after winning coin-toss.
Step 2: Cheese it.
