Mulligan:
Lockjaw/San/Attilan. You basically want a way of getting to Attilan, lockjaw gets you San, who gets you Attilan.

You want to be setting your resource row up so that they will always be all face up, hence all of the locations (with terraform) you want to use Attilan to get everything that you may need in terms of what you have not drawn.

War room may seem like a strange card, but it is a way of exhausting characters to ensure that you will never end up getting screwed with the Rock of eternity. The rock/Attilan are both 2x's to protect against have a blast etc...

You want to use team tactics and power girl for large attacks, using quicksilver 6(or quicksilver 2) to attempt to clear the odd other character. Once you've done with power girl, you can use lockjaw/San/nahrees(hidden, as they a re more likely to survive) to exploit the flow and have power girl take over the attack with pumps to help to clear the board

Few cards, Death of a Dream/Flame Trap/Level 12 to toolbox for various scenarios.

Outside world can be used as an emergency to recover power girl/quicksilver, in case they get stunned on their first attacks.

Granted, all of this is reliant on being able to survive long enough.
