This build personifies plot twist lockdown in the body of an anti-meta build. It tends to be able to stabilize post turn 4 if it can survive the rush decks that look to abuse its early opening with a reign (or 2) into a really potent mid to lategame beating. On paper it technically has the ability to lock down all opposing plot twists starting on turn 2 throughout turn 8. And that is God damned ridiculous.
