    BUILD PHASE


Lee sets a resource and recruits Boliver Trask in his frnt row, searching for Hounds of Ahab and passes.

Josh sets a resource and passes.

    COMBAT PHASE

Lee swings for 1.

    RECOVERY PHASE

        TURN 2 (Josh Initiative)

    DRAW PHASE
(Both Players draw 2 cards)

    BUILD PHASE


Josh sets a resource and recruits Dr. Minerva (Revealing Annihilation Protocol, Dr. Minerva, and Ahmed) and takes Annihilation protocol and then passes.

Lee sets a resource and recruits Hounds of Ahab in his hidden area front row and also passes.

    COMBAT PHASE

Josh sends Dr. Minerva into Boliver, stunning him. then passes.

Lee passes.

    RECOVERY PHASE

Lee recovers Boliver.

        TURN 3 (Lee Initiative)

    DRAW PHASE

(Both Players draw 2 cards)

    BUILD PHASE

Lee sets a resource and recruits Sentinel Mark II forming it behind Boliver and passes.

Josh sets and flips Brother I Sattelite,(Discarding Dr. Minerva) Searching out Ahmed and recruiting him in his Hidden support row before passing.

    COMBAT PHASE
Ahmed activates, (Lee chooses not to negate it with Mark II) and KO's the face up brother I Satelite to fetch Checkmate Safehouse flipping it and teaming up checkmate and Kree.

Sentinel Mk II swings into Dr. Minerva for a stun. Hounds swings direct, opting to deal no damage to KO minerva. josh chains, flipping up Penal Colony (Discarding The Lunatic Legion) and activating it to return Minerva to his hand. Then Boliver swings direct for 1.

    RECOVERY PHASE

        TURN 4 (Josh Initiative)

    DRAW PHASE
Lee chains a Political Pressure in his row to the draw.
(Both Players draw 2 cards)

    BUILD PHASE


Josh sets a resource and recruits Alan Scott in his visible support row andf passes.

Lee sets a resource, then plays a Mobilize from his row (discarding Hounds of Ahab) to fetch a Sentinel Mk V in his support row adjacent to the protected Mk II.

    COMBAT PHASE

Josh sends Alan into Mk V for an easy stun and activates a rowed Enemy of my Enemy (discarding Dr. Minerva) to search out HUntress, reluctant queen before activating Ahmed (koing Enemy of my Enemy) to set and flip Rook Control. He then passes.

Lee declares sentinel Mk II and Boliver in a team attack into Alan Scott. Josh decides it will not belegal and activates Rook control swapping Ahmed and Alan s positions in the hidden and visible zones.

Lee instead declares Mk II into Ahmed. Josh activates Checkmate Safe house for +1 DEF. Lee plays Savage Beatdown. Both pass into a mutual stun. Hounds swing direct opting to attempt to KO Ahmed and Josh chains a Penal Colony activation to return Ahmed to his hand.
Then Boliver swings direct.

    RECOVERY PHASE

Lee recovers Mk V and KO's Mk II.

        TURN 5 (Lee Initiative)

    DRAW PHASE
Lee chains a second Political Pressure in his row to the draw.
(Both Players draw 2 cards)

    BUILD PHASE


Lee sets a resource and recruits a Boosted Sentinel Squad O.N.E. (returning Bilover to his hand) and also returning a Mk II and a Hounds of Ahab to his hand. He forms Squad ONE protecting Mk V and passes.

Josh sets a resource and recruits Annihilation Protocol in the support row and passes.

    COMBAT PHASE

Lee sends Sentinel Squad ONE into Annihilation Protocol. josh activates the Safehouse for +1 DEF and they go down for a mutual stun.
Then Lee sends hounds direct, but Josh activates Rook Control, moving Annihilation Protocol hidden and moving the beefy Alan Scott visible. Instead, Lee team swings Mk V and Hounds powering up Hounds for a mutual stun.

Both players pass to recovery.

    RECOVERY PHASE

At the start of recovery Josh activates Penal Colony on Alan Scott, returning it to his hand.
Lee chains political Pressure's effect and pay 4 to flip it face down.

Lee recovers Squad ONE, KOing MkV.

Josh recovers Annihilation Protocol.

        TURN 6 (Josh Initiative)

    DRAW PHASE
Lee chains a Political Pressure in his row to the draw.
(Both Players draw 2 cards)

    BUILD PHASE


Josh sets a resource and recruits Huntress in the visible support row and passes.

Lee sets a resource and recruits Bastion. forming him protecting Squad ONE.

    COMBAT PHASE

Josh ponders for a time before sending Annihilation Protocol into Squad ONE. Once legal, Lee uses a rowed cover fire for +2 DEF (9/11). Josh responds activating Brother Eye for +4 ATK (14/8) and passes.
Josh uses Bastion's effect three times (discarding 2x Sentinel Mk IIs and a Boliver Trask) to pump Squad ONE with another +3/+3 (12/14) he then plays Mobilize from his row, discarding Search and Destroy) to fetch Cassandra Nova and discards her to Bastion's effect as well, leaving Lee with no cards remaining in hand, but a 13/15 5 drop this attack.

Josh nods his head and passes. Annihilation Protocol stunning.
"Welp if that one face down card is a Reconstruction Program its over."
Lee shrugs.
"You could always send Huntress into Bastion and I'll remove all doubt one way or another."

After some careful thought, Josh elects to pass.

Lee sends sentinel Squad ONE into Huntress at 13/13. JOsh activates the Safe House and Powers up Huntress.
"Lets see what you got."
Lee flips up Reconstruction program, fetching sentinel MkV, Hounds amd a Mk II. Using Bastion's effect twice (discarding Mk V and Mk II) to put Squad ONE at 15/15.
Bastion follows up with an attack direct and hounds opts to deal no damage on its attack to KO Huntress. Josh chains Penal colony and spins her back to his hand instead.

    RECOVERY PHASE

Lee pays 4 to flip down Political Pressure.

    Sentinels 2.0 -> 24    Chess Press -> 13




        TURN 7 (Lee Initiative)

    DRAW PHASE

Lee chains a Political Pressure in his row to the draw.
(Both Players draw 2 cards)
    BUILD PHASE

Lee decides not to set a resource and recruits a Mk II in his unprotected support row.

josh sets and flips a checkmate safehouse, re-teaming up Kree and Checkmate. He then recruits Huntress and passes.

    COMBAT PHASE

Lee declares Bastion into HUntress. Josh activates both Safehouses for +2 DEF and Plays Rook Control swapping Huntress and Annihilation protocol from hidden and visible. Lee uses Bastion's effect twice (discarding 2x Hounds) to give himself +2/+2 to avoid the stunback. Sentinel Squad ONE and Mk II then team attack Annihilation Protocol for a mutual stun on the 5's before swinging direct with Hounds. Deciding to deal the final two points of damage needed to Bring Josh to zero endurance.

Josh passes combat, with no unstunned characters.

    RECOVERY PHASE

    Sentinels 2.0 -> 19    Chess Press -> 0

Thoughts:

Josh - Just a single Supremor. that's all this deck needed! Just one! I gotta say i lasted WAY longer than I expected to thanks to Rook Control. It let me dictate defensive combat quite effectively.

Lee - I was nervous he'd search out neutralization protocol instead of ahmed on turn 3 to go for the 5 drop on 4, but then realized going into turn 4 he wouldn't have had any other characters to stun for it. So i guess he made the right call.
